This policy covers lifewithaaronarnold.com and Video Mover, an internal tool operated by Life with AA, LLC ("we", "us") to manage uploads to our own YouTube channels.
Video Mover uses YouTube API Services to upload videos that we created and own to YouTube channels that we own and operate. It is used only by our business. It has no outside users and is not offered to the public.
By using YouTube features through this tool, we agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
We do not access, collect, store or share personal information about YouTube viewers or any other users.
Sign-in tokens for our own accounts are stored securely as private settings on the server that runs the tool. Video files pass through the tool while being copied and are not kept on that server. A short record of each upload (file name, video ID, status) is kept in memory for up to 7 days for troubleshooting.
We do not sell or share data with third parties. Videos are sent only to YouTube and to our own cloud storage.
Access granted to Video Mover can be removed at any time from the Google security settings page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
